Due to the impact of COVID-19, fulfillment and shipping are experiencing delays. It may take longer than usual for your order to arrive.

Order Fulfillment

We specialize in wholesale craft supplies and carry thousands of wedding, gift party, craft and religious items. While we do our best to keep items in stock, popular items occasionally sell out. We confirm inventory after an order has been received. Out of stock items may be removed from the order and we only charge for the items that ship. 

Delivery Timeframe

We normally need 1-4 business days processing time to confirm inventory. Ground shipping in the US continental states takes 3-5 business days. We ship through USPS or UPS ground shipping. Thanks for understanding that we do not offer expedited shipping. 

Please allow for up to 10-14 business days to receive an order. Estimated arrival dates are provided by USPS/UPS and are not guaranteed. Please place orders with sufficient time to arrive.

Orders shipped to Guam, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands may experience an additional 7-10 business day delivery time and may require an additional shipping fees.

Shipping and Handling Cost

Shipping and handling cost is determined by a variety of factors, including weight, dimensions and geographic location. Our quoted cost may need to be adjusted for actual shipping cost. 

We are not responsible for orders returned because of an incorrect address. If packages are returned because of an incorrect address or refused/returned to sender, we will process a refund less shipping cost. To arrange for another delivery, we kindly ask that you pay the shipping fee.

Please carefully review and confirm the shipping address before placing an order. We do our best to verify each address before shipment and to make changes before an order has been shipped. Thanks for understanding that shipping costs are not refundable.
